Injection Machines
Injection machines, also known as injection molding machines, are machines used in the manufacturing process called injection molding. These machines are used to produce a wide variety of plastic products by injecting molten plastic into a mold.
Injection machines work by melting plastic pellets and injecting the molten plastic into a closed mold under high pressure. The plastic then cools and solidifies inside the mold, taking the shape of the mold cavity. Once the plastic has fully cooled and solidified, the mold opens and the product is ejected.
Injection machines have different sizes and capacities, depending on the size and complexity of the plastic product being produced. They are typically equipped with hydraulic or electric systems to control the injection process, including the temperature, pressure, and speed of the injection.
Some common applications of injection machines include manufacturing plastic parts for automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and packaging industries. These machines are highly efficient and can produce a large number of identical plastic parts in a short period of time.

Hydraulic energy saving: The full-proportional oil circuit system makes the action more flexible and stable, the response is faster and more effective, and it also saves energy consumption. The oil plate without cartridge valve structure is fast and convenient for maintenance.
Advanced electrical control: German Siemens industrial computers and imported brand electrical components are used to realize internal fault self-diagnosis, alarm, and 100 sets of parameter storage. PID computer temperature control is used to ensure uniform and constant mold temperature, and a high-resolution stroke measurement system ensures accurate injection and smooth template movement.
Convenient mold replacement: Equipped with a mold transfer mechanism to facilitate quick mold replacement.
Efficient product mold taking: Equipped with an ejection mechanism to take molds quickly and effectively, reducing labor intensity.
