The LBZ-B series horizontal rubber injection molding machine adopts the first-in, last-out injection method. The injection system of this method is located at the bottom of the mold. When the mold is closed, the injection system enters the mold cavity from below for injection, and the finished product is taken out from the top of the mold. Compared with the traditional first-in-first-out method, the first-in-last-out injection method has the following advantages:

Convenient loading: Since the injection system enters the mold cavity from below, loading is more convenient. Users can place the rubber material directly above the mold cavity without building a separate loading table.

Improve production efficiency: The first-in-last-out injection method can reduce the mold opening and closing time and improve injection efficiency. At the same time, mold loading and unloading time will also be reduced, further improving production efficiency.

Reduce manual operations: The first-in-last-out injection method does not require manual placement of rubber material into the injection system, reducing manual operations. This not only reduces labor intensity, but also reduces the probability of errors caused by human operations.
